Program
Lessons vary depending on when you join us and how long you have study and of course what level of excellence you have achieved, but overall, you can expect the following curriculum:

Sil-Lim-Tau (form, drills/ applications, concepts/ theories)
Don-Chi-sau (Single-arm Sticking-hand)
Chum-Kiu (form, drills/ applications, concepts/ theories)
Chi-sau (Double-arm Sticking-hands)
Biu-Gee (form, drills/ applications, concepts/ theories)
Muk-Yan-Jong (form, drills/ applications, concepts/ theories)
Lok-Dim-Boon-Gaun (form, drills/ applications, concepts/ theories)
Baat-Cham-Dao (form, drills/ applications, concepts/ theories)
Remember that as we progress through the curriculum, we are all one family and learning together. This makes a huge difference in our training by having fellow classmates to work with us.

Suggested training attire is a t-shirt, lose pants that allow for kicking, and training shoes.
