Juniors (Karate) 7.00 till 8.30 pm Mondays and Wednesdays.
Seniors (Karate, MMA) 8.30 till 10.00 pm Mondays and Wednesdays
Developed under the guidance of Ross Frame 7th Dan, the style has developed through many years of experience in Competition, Knockdown , Sportco and MMA (Submission Karate) to its present form.
Hard and varied training, with many different stylist comming to learn/practice submission and ground work in a friendly atmosphere.
