I have a 4 week taster course in place for all potential students,With no need to buy any equipment for the "Introductory Course!".

I use Aikido as my main teachings, with the use of Bokken,Jo, Tanto all included in our system.I also include seperate weapons classes when required for the extra instruction in the use of the bokken and jo.Karate is mainly used for the teaching of balance, stances and the use of Kata, bunkai and also used in tandem with our flowing aikido system.I teach juniors from 6 to 15Adults from 16 to.............................................
