Do you want to get fitter, learn self-defence and improve yourself? Learning how to respond to a wide range of attacks, Kempo helps its student to protect themselves and others in lots of different situations. Practise encourages a calm, clear mind allowing good decisions in an emergency that is also a great bonus for day to day life. Through meditation, training and philosophy you will gradually improve your life, and so benefit those around you. Training is enjoyable, safe and relevant. Practically anybody will be able to take part in lessons: - if you are a beginner or have trained in martial arts before - if you are not so fit, it would be good way to work on this in the context of learning something useful.
