As a registered Self Protection Instructor and Black Belt with the British Combat Association, along with 6 yrs training in the Military Combat System of krav Maga, (training both in the UK and Europe) a Control and Restraint Instructor within the Prison Service, a trained riot squad member of the Prison Service and British Army with experience of many real life situations, I run a martial arts school specialising in these techniques and skills, including defence against weapons, multiple opponent attacks, awareness training, conflict resolution, etc Suitable for everyone, techniques can be adapted to individual requirements and abilities, a good way to improve fitness, confidence and awareness.
