The Elite kickboxing academy is based at the conservative club in Sterry road,Gowerton,Swansea. Classes are held on tuesday's,thursday's and sunday's,juniors at 6.00pm and seniors(over 13) at 7.00pm.
Classes are also held at St.Hilary's church hall,Gower road, Killay, Swansea,monday's at 6.00pm and wednesday's at 5.45pm.Children over 5yrs welcome.

Chief instructor at the Elite kickboxing academy is Ed Smale 2nd dan,former twice British,three times European and world cup full-contact champion and current two time WPKA European full-contact champion and world title contender.
At the academy we run a kickboxing syllabus consisting of focus pad and kickshield work,self-defence techniques,hand and leg combination drills,light contact sparring (full-contact available on request) and extensive circuit training and fitness work as well as realistic set sparring routines.
