Classes are held at the conservative club in gowerton on tuesday's, thursday's and sunday's at 6pm.

At Elite Kickboxing we run a kickboxing syllabus consisting of focus pad and kickshield work,self defence techniques,hand and leg combination drills,light contact sparring(full-contact available on request) and extensive circuit training and fitness work as well as realistic set sparring routines.
