Our club holds training sessions on the following days at the Meads Sport Centre, Milford Haven -
Tuesdays 5 to 6 pm under 8s.Tuesdays 6 to 7 pm fitness and sparring
Thursdays 7 to 8.15 juniorsThursdays 7 to 9 seniors
We are a friendly and professional club and welcome members of all abilities and ages to join us. Our main style is Wado Ryu and is taught by a very experiencedBlack Belt 4th Dan instructor.
