Training takes place on a Tuesday Night. We aim to arrive at 19:45 for an 8pm start. class usually finishes at 21:15(ish)
With two Senior Intructors and several highly graded students, K500 caters for anybody over the age of 16 wishing to expand and maintain their current fitness levels, whilst learning a modern sport of traditional Martial Arts.
