        Tuesday - 7.30-8.30 Fitness Class 
Thurs - 7.00-8.30 Taekwondo
Fri - 6.00-7.00 Kickboxing
Fri - 8.00-9.30 Taekwondo
A full syllabus will be provided for each student wishing to grade to their next belt. Each grading will be held in formal conditions in front of a panel of Senior Instructors.
 
Syllabus will cover the following
Basic Stances, blocking, striking, kicking.
Combinations Hands, feet, Hands & Feet.
Patterns Series of set techniques against imaginary attackers.
One Step Blocking, avoiding & countering.
Self Defence
Sparring Semi Contact, Point Stop & Continuous.
 
This is just an example of what is required for each student to obtain their next grade.

Punching Combinations based on Western Boxing.
Kicking Combinations based on TKD & Thai Boxing.
