5 per class just turn up in shorts and t shirt with your nails trimmed and lots of water & we are good to go see you there....i teach mma made up of mma specific striking techniques wrestling in the form of freestyle and sambo and submission skills from catch wrestling we also put fighters forward for fights and have a specific fitness and conditioning program...any one over 16 years old both male and female is welcome to train. we check the ego at the door and enjoy training hard but safe and fun.
