Established over 10 years ago, Young Gloves Karate is a family run club, specialising in teaching Traditional Karate in Kidderminster, Stourport, and Bewdley. Offering a safe friendly environment to train in, with fully qualified and CRB checked instructors. The Japanese translation of karate is empty hand, a combat art without using any weaponsYou will find the classes are not intimidating or threatening and we will discuss with you basic procedures and introduce you when you come in.We recruit a large number of complete beginners throughout the year. So if you've always fancied having a go but never got round to it this will be the perfect opportunity. Who knows, one day you could become a blackbelt!

Who can start training at our classes?Boys and girls as young as 5, or adults as old as 70 who like to do new and exciting things.


Our specialised programs and activities are designed to enhance co-ordination, concentration, balance, discipline, fitness self defence and overall health.
